The project began by researching email marketing strategies, data collection methods, and effective ad design. The goal of the project was to create a targeted marketing campaign using multiple media channels. As a team we identified our target audience which we used UW-Stout students and collected relevant data to personalize our approach.

Once the data was gathered, we transferred it into an email listing using Mailchimp. After that we then developed a structured flowchart to map out different stages of student engagement. Based on this framework, we designed customized email marketing campaigns tailored to specific student needs, such as welcome emails for accepted students and promotional emails for prospective applicants interested in the Graphic Communications program.
